  • Determine Windows version: enter "winver" in the search field
  • Determine MacOS version: click on the "About this Mac" option in the top left-hand corner of the Apple menu.
  • Determine iOS version: Settings > General > About
  • Determine Android version: Settings > Phone info > Software information > Android version

iPhone: Settings, WLAN

Android: Settings, Internet, cogwheel (eduroam).

Windows: Please call up the command prompt with the key combination Windows key + R. Enter the command "getmac /v".

Linux: ip a

Driver version

Windows: Press the Windows key, enter "Device Manager" in the search and run the Device Manager.

Navigate to the network devices which contains Wifi. Click on the Driver tab. Compare the driver version with the manufacturer.
